Position : Outbound B2B Sales Representative

Location:  Dusseldorf / Rhein-Main Area, Germany(Remote)

Our client is a parking technology company. The company provides effective parking management solutions worldwide.

They're looking for an entrenched Outbound Sales professional to join their team and have retained us to secure this business critical hire.

Your mission will be ....

  • You'll drive the initial contact with our business customers—structured, persistent, and with a clear goal:
    highly qualified appointments for our field sales force.
  • You'll impress with high volume (quantity) in your approach and clear relevance (quality) in lead selection.
  • You're a creative way of finding decision-makers, an entrepreneurial thinker, and driven to make a real
    impact.
  • You're a team player with drive and a can-do attitude who doesn't just answer the phone, but also actively
    contributes to the team's success.

We would love to see strong experience in the following ....

  • Three years of experience in outbound or telesales, ideally B2B.
  • As a team player, you are able to work both independently and flexibly.
  • You should be a strong communicator, an active listener, and empathetic with customers.
  • Persistence and customer focus are crucial for you, while a passion for sales is essential.
  • Strong focus on closing, with a sense of timing and quality.
  • Determined, with a clear focus on impact and solution orientation.
  • CRM understanding (Zoho or similar).
  • You don't just deliver figures, but also actively participate and bring an entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Experience in CRM driven pipeline management.
