Position: Senior Payroll Specialist
Location: Korntal, Baden-Wurttemburg, Germany
We at CW Talent are excited to be partnered with this amazing German Civic Services business.
It all began 200 years ago with a single kreuzer. Since then, our client has been serving people.Their work focuses on education and elderly care. At our Korntal and Wilhelmsdorf locations, they operate several daycare centers and youth welfare facilities offering outpatient, day-care, and residential services, as well as a school for children with special educational needs. In Korntal, they also run a senior center with assisted living, short-term care, and long-term care options. Their Korntal school farm fosters an awareness of nature, animals, the environment, healthy eating, and creation among children and young people.

We would love to see strong experience in the following ....
- Completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on Human Resources/HR/Finance.
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally in the public sector or with a church affiliated/diaconal employer, Caritas, or a company bound by collective bargaining agreements.
- Sound knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law.
- Initial experience in leading and managing small specialist units.
- Knowledge of the TVöD/AVR (Collective Agreement for Public Service Employees/Association of Church-Related Institutions) and the KIDICAP payroll software is advantageous; knowledge of civil service law should be acquired gradually during the course of employment.
